Alan & Amber (An Austin Wedding)

Two amazingly fun people got married on a warm summer evening two weeks ago. The wedding & reception were at the beautiful Pecan Springs Ranch, & I cannot tell you enough about how perfect Pecan Springs Ranch was for Alan & Amber. It was just the right amount of rustic elegance for their carefree, Texas wedding. We had a blast & were so honored to be along for the ride! Congrats Alan & Amber, hope you had a great time on your honeymoon in Spain!DSC_0844 fb resize

I LOVE the shoes! Amber is a girl after my own heart. Why have one pair when you can have two?

Alan & Amber decided to do a first look. They just wanted a quiet moment away from all the commotion of the day to be with each other. It was so sweet to capture.

Man, do I love the way a groom looks at his bride when she walks down the aisle. There is just such an intensity to it; you can feel how much he loves her.

The ceremony was simple, sweet, & personal. The the reception, on the other hand, was a lively & joyous celebration. It was a PAR-TAY! (with some dang good BBQ, I might add)

Umm…can I just say, I love that they had yard games! Who doesn’t want to play a game of giant Jenga??

Even their exit was full of excitement! They had the largest sparklers I have ever seen. I may have gotten burned a few times, but man it was fun. The entire day was about Alan & Amber, & you could feel it. They had waited for this day, & made sure to enjoy it! We are so glad we got to be a part of all the joy.

Hi Kelly! The pictures look amazing! I was wondering how much it would be to get some digital images form you. I was one of Amber’s bridesmaids, and I am blogging about my dress because I made it but I don’t have any good pictures of me in the dress. Of course I would credit you on all images and link back here 🙂 Just shoot me an email and let me know!
