Rise and Shine Bakery is like 2 miles from our apartment and I found it almost immediately after I moved in. I love their pumpkin bread and their egg and cheddar kolaches and they have some good coffee too. But the things I love most are the atmosphere of this quaint and funky bakery, and the fact that its so unexpected in a strip mall. I love how stylish and personal it is.
